Third place at Orciolo D'Oro

The EVOO Messer Francesco 1640 Selezione received another important award winning the 3rd place at the Orciolo d'Oro in the Intense Fruity category. The selection took place from 7 to 9 March under the supervision, as head of the panel, of Dr. Giulio Scatolini of Unaprol. Numerous EVOOS from all over the world participated: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Germany and California.
The categories in competition were: Light fruity category, Medium fruity category, Intense fruity category, Organic Oils Competition, National Competition of Extra Virgin Olive Oils with protected designation of origin and geographical indication (PDO and PGI) and International Competition Extra virgin olive oils olive.
The prizes will be delivered Saturday, June 30th.
